Assisted Living Program

The Assisted Living Program at The Bernardine is for medically stable individuals who qualify for placement in a nursing home facility and are eligible for Medicaid.

In addition to standard services in our Enriched Living Program, the Assisted Living Program also provides:

Reminders and escorts to meals
Assistance with oxygen therapy and glucose monitoring
Daily personal assistance with bathing, grooming and bathroom assistance
Assistance with occasional transfers from bed to chair
Health care professionals on staff 24 hours a day with Registered Nurse supervision
