Adult Home Program

In addition to Assisted Living Program services, Sedgwick Heights offers a unique Adult Home Program.

The Adult Home Program provides services for residents who require some assistance with daily living activities at an affordable monthly rate. They include:

  • Three meals and a nutritious evening snack daily
  • Laundry and housekeeping services
  • Bathing supervision and dressing assistance
  • Medication monitoring
  • Coordinating medical appointments and scheduling transportation
  • Access to nursing care 24 hours a day
  • Counseling, referral and social work services
